Terms of Service (Terms of Use)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SAT Math Exam Prep application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

The App provides SAT Math exam preparation content, including practice questions, exams, explanations, and performance tracking. Certain features require creating an account and/or purchasing a subscription.

2. User Accounts

Some features require user registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Free and Restricted Features

Some features may be available without a subscription. Subscription-only features require an active subscription and may become unavailable if the subscription expires or is canceled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes and not to misuse or interfere with the App or its content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App is owned by or licensed to the App owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific exam results or score improvements.

This App is an independent SAT preparation tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
